im joined the Cheeselords in 1999 after a six year sabbatical from men’s choral music. At the University of Virginia, Jim sang with the Virginia Glee Club, as well as Coro Virigina. He also sings in the DC Accidentals, a pop a cappella group in the Washington area. Perhaps the pinnacle of his career came in the 1981 Joyce Kilmer Elementary School production of “Annie”, in the role of the Radio Man, when he sang “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile”; ask him how this was hauntingly similar to Peter Brady’s recording of “When It’s Time To Change”. He took a leave of absence from the Cheese Lords during the summer of 2003 to walk to his college reunion (resulting in above picture -- you can read about it), but is happy to be back and driving again. During the day, Jim is a computer professional with some non-specific skill set.
