rg, as he is known to his friends, is a founding member of the Cheese Lords. An Alta California native, he began singing classical music at the chapel choir at Georgetown University. He has sung with the Cathedral Choral Society since 1991 and has also sung with Coral Cantigas. Despite having no formal training in composition, he's had the audacity to compose a number of works for the Cheese Lords, including Tenebrae Factae Sunt, The Prayer of Thomas a Kempis, and The Blessing of St. Francis. He may be one of the first people to have sung the bass line of Elzear Genet's "Virgo Prudentissima" on the banks of the Zambezi River.
